Breakfast for dinner is a wonderful invention!! I don't do it very often because I am not much of a breakfast cook. Aj normally cooks all the fancy types of breakfast like...french toast, pancakes, eggs over easy (my favorite, and he has to cook it because I ALWAYS mess it up). All I can cook for breakfast is scrambled eggs or a breakfast sandwich. So this was a fun adventure to cook something different like this. It tasted Delicious, and was fun and easy to make too!
