Color and Food





I have been working really hard at eating healthier.
So one way to do that is to add more color to your food.
Today I have tried to spice up my salad. I used to just chop up some lettuce and call it good. Now I am adding roman lettuce, spinach, cucumber, peppers,
carrots, tomatoes, avocado, and some craisins. Totally delicious!
And then I have been reading that adding a fresh piece of fruit to dinner is a great and healthy option as well. So I put together a pretty fruit salad as well. And then the other item you see is mini chicken pot pies. Very easy to make, super cute, healthy, and delicious.
A winner all around!
