Well here we are again with another cooking adventure. My blogging friends and I have all done the same recipe each with their own twist...which ismore fun that way. So since it is Christmas time we of course wanted to do something with the holidays. So one of the girls gave us this AMAZING recipe that I know LOVE because it is so easy and fun to do. And anything that has like 3 or 4 ingredients is my kind of recipe. So me and Rylee had a great time making them together. We made a whole bunch because I thought they would make really great presents for our neighbors. So I mixed, and poured, and dipped it all....while Rylee had a fun time eating it. I don't think it can get much better than that. So here is the recipe. If you decide to make it I know you will LOVE it too!!
PB Snowballs
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Creamy PB
3 TBS Softened Butter
1 LB White Confecionary Coating (I am using both milk chocolate and white chocolate)
In a mixing bowl combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter; mix well. Shape into 1 inch
balls and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30 minutes or until firm. Meanwhile melt coating in a double boiler or micro-wave safe bowl. Dip balls and place on wax paper to harden.
Yeild: 2 Dozen
Stores best in fridge up to 2 weeks.
