Awhile ago I heard someone talk about Lasagna soup. I thought I might have heard wrong because I had never heard of that before. so of course I went home and looked it up. I love trying new recipes. I am so glad that I have a great hubby who is always willing to let me cook and try new things. And he always eats it without complaining. I know...pretty lucky huh??
So I thought I would share my photos of this cooking adventure.
The soup turned out amazing!! I used a recipe that I found online. I am all about using what I have in my house and buying as little as possible to help save $$. And I had pretty much everything I needed in my house for this one (Yay!). I also added some zucchini to make it more hearty and healthy. It was DELISH!!
