My Crazy Day

I do my best to not complain about crazy days. I feel like they are far and few in between and I have so many blessings in between them that I feel like I should just keep a thankful heart. 

BUT... I am human and today was a crazy day!! 

There was one REALLY amazing thing that happened but I will save the best for last. 

(Pretty sneaky huh?? Now you have to read the whole blog to get the good stuff)

5:30 am: Rylee is up. Mommy says "Go back to bed!!" {crazy party 1}

6:00 am: Rylee asks me if she can play in her room quietly. And I said yes. She was already talking to herself pretty loudly from 5:30-6:00 so she might as well play in her room. Me...I layed in bed praying that she would decide to go back to sleep. Never has happened but I am always an optimistic.

7:00 am: breakfast time. But before breakfast I decided to weigh myself since I have been on a diet this last month to see if I have lost any more weight. All together I have lost 9 pounds. So I am pretty happy about that!

7-8 : We watched a morning movie {Barbie of course...but I LOVE the barbie movies}

7:32 : Praying to give my dreams to God and asking him to help me be content in the season I am in now. And Thanking God for all the blessings he has given me. {hard to do at times when I have such a strong desire to have more kids}

8-9 : Mommy cleans Rylee's room from her morning quite time. And then I get ready for the day

9:30-11:30 : We meet up with some girls for Mommy's SOAP Play date bible study group. We read
1 Chronicles 28 today. It was AMAZING!! Here is a verse that stuck out to me.

"Every part of this plan," David told Solomon, "was given to me in the writing from the hand of the LORD." { 1 Chronicles 28:19}

WOW can you imagine getting something hand written from the Lord??? Sounds amazing to me!!

10:22 : Praying to give my dreams to God and asking him to help me be content in the season I am in now. And Thanking God for all the blessings he has given me.

11:30-2:30 : Go home and meet up with my mom to do a few errands together.

• Go to the bank
• Get lunch (Panera Bread)
• Go to party depot to get birthday party supplies for my brothers Star Wars themed birthday party we are having this Sunday
• Go to the grocery store so I can get milk. All out and we needed more

When we went to the mall to get some lunch I was attacked by a bird 2 times!! That was by far the craziest thing today!! What happened was we parked our car and walked out to get our food. And all of a sudden it was like it almost landed on my head. I was totally freaked out and had no idea at first what it was??? And then I saw the bird sitting on a lamp post staring at me. {freaky huh?} and I just figured it was all good from there so we just kept walking. But then it went at me again!! At that point I was like WHAT in the world is going on?? Totally confused and a bit freaked out we just went on walking and made it to the restaurant safe from there. After my mom had finished eating she went to grab some tea from Starbucks and said she would meet us at the car. And when she got to the car the bird did the same thing to her!! She called me and said don't come to the car I will come and pick you up. CRAZY!! So we think that the bird is a mommy bird and that she has babies in the tree next to the car. We didn't go looking of course. Not with a crazy bird. And poor Rylee was so scared. But that is our theory. Because why else would a bird do that. My mom called the mall to tell them so they could go check it out. Because when we left we saw it sitting there watching....as if it would go after someone again. 

2:30-4:30 : Mommy and Daddy play with Rylee. She rode her bike, we watched another movie, we did a small craft, Aj and Rylee wrestled for a bit. We were doing our best to poop this little girl out. Because me and Aj were both so tired and just wanted her to go to bed early. Rylee is one tough little cookie to get all the energy out of.

3:56 : Praying to give my dreams to God and asking him to help me be content in the season I am in now. And Thanking God for all the blessings he has given me. This is a constant conversation I have with God. I know he has good plans for my life and I just need t remind myself of his TRUTHS.

4:30 : I got dinner started. We eat pretty early in our house since Aj has to go to bed early.

5:00 : Dinner time. Tacos!! I made mine with a lettuce wrap. Aj's with corn tortillas. Rylee had top ramon for dinner. She is not much of a taco fan. Yup that is hard to believe...who doesn't like tacos?? Not too many people I know. But Rylee is in that list.

6:00 : Bath time

7:00 : Book and Bed time

HERE IS  THE EXCITING AND AMAZING PART OF THE DAY!!

7:15 : Rylee asked us when we would die and go to heaven. I told her that only God knows when we will die...but to get to heaven all we need to do is ask Jesus into our heart. And I told her when she is ready to do that to let us know and we will pray with her. She said right away " I am ready"!!

PRAISE GOD!! I have been praying for her to ask us when she was ready. So Aj and I prayed with her and she asked Jesus into her heart!! Such an exciting moment for us. I am so glad that Aj was there for it too!! There are many times when Aj does not get to tuck her into bed since he goes to bed so early himself. But tomight he was there. And that was such a special moment.

So even with all the craziness of the day...God redeemed it and made it HIS day!! So exciting for our family!!

8:00 : Here I am blogging and all I can say is THANK YOU GOD for such a wonderful day. Thank you for my health and my families health. Thank you for Aj and how he works so hard to provide for me and Rylee. Thank you for Rylee and all the silly and cute things she does through out the day! Thank you for the miracle of her life. I am so thankful to have a miracle baby. I give all that glory and credit to GOD!! Thank you for my mom and all the fun we have together. Thank you for all the friends and family we have that love and support us. And THANK YOU God for all the love and blessings you pour out into my home!

I guess with all that I will say AMEN!!
